We use thermoplastics and films like PVC and urethane, which are ideal for this process.

In addition to RF Sealing, we also offer several other sealing methods that may be more suitable for certain types of products. Hot air welding is a versatile process that works well for larger medical bags, providing flexibility when sealing complex shapes. It’s particularly useful for products with curves or edges and is ideal for thicker materials. Impulse sealing, on the other hand, is quick, energy-efficient, and well-suited for smaller items that require fast, strong seals. This method allows us to work with a wider range of materials, from polypropylene and polyethylene to Tyvek and foils.
