Chest Harness Radio Pouch Details

As one of the latest products our team helped customize for the needs of a customer, the Radio Chest Harness & Radio Pouch is a sewn product designed for use by emergency responders and fire & safety workers. It has applications in the industrial sector as well. The materials used in the manufacturing of the harness include 600D polyester and nylon webbing.

Our designers and engineers were able to keep the tooling cost used in the making of this Chest Harness Radio Pouch to a very reasonable level. This included all programs, shop aids, and dies for cutting.

The OEM was searching for a way to transition from their stock private label harness and customize it to more closely satisfy their customers’ specific needs. We helped achieve this goal for the manufacturer through our custom sewing capabilities and high quality design, engineering, and manufacturing processes.
